I'm not the normal mobile phone user. Frankly, I think they are far too intrusive. To me a mobile is a tool that allows me to contact someone only when I can't use a land-line.
Mostly it's been a "I'm where I said I would meet you. Where are you?" phone. So it spends a lot of time switched off (to stop it ringing). It seems to hold it's charge very well when switched off although the actual "talk time" isn't as good as the one's my kids have, or so they tell me.
I'm happy with my purchase, compact, flip (so it keeps clean & dry) and it works fine but my kids think it's rubbish as it's not got all the features they say they must have.

All I want from a phone is to make some calls and send some texts. Don't care about games, camera or anything else. It is a nice build and takes any knocks well but the battery is abysmal. Just on standby having done absolutely nothing, it lasts no more than 3 days from full charge - and with any calls, you have a flat battery in no time. The phone frequently won't recognise the charger and there's a lot of fiddling around with the connection, turning off and on to get a trickle charge through for a few hours before reconnecting and getting optimised charge. And this was the replacement - first one was the same.
Certainly I may need to get updated software for it but as they don't supply it for Mac users, I give up. Oh yes, and the crashes when trying to send the first text after a full charge-up are really annoying.

i got one fo theses and didnt lission to my best mate who had one and said it was rubish. our phones used to text with out being asked to repetatively to friends. you would send a text one and it would send loads. my mate could do £60 in his phone just texting off its own back. it had other problems i just cant think. screan going blank was it. i just simply wouldnt waste your money on it. pile of doggy doo.
