Looks great and a good small compact size but this is seriously compromised by poor software. Predictive text throws up bizarre options with the most logical word way down the list, it doesnt learn your most frequent used words. It loves to start every word with a capital too and you have to select the lower case option. And worst of all the phone reception is poor - it struggles to pick up signal where my previous Sony and other Nokias are fine.
