The interface is easy, the design is good... except for the button on the side which turns the camera on. I have around 20 pictures on my phone of the inside of my pocket/bag where the button is so sensitive it activates the camera at inappropriate times.
Also had to send it in for repair twice because it failed to charge. On both occasions O2 wiped all data off my phone, which was inconvenient.

I have never been totally pleased with my phones before, but this is fabulous. Some ringtones are a little cheesy, but the camera is good quality, the contacts are easy to access and the text messaging is just perfect for me! What else do you need in a phone? NB: I found it had quite small memory storage, but I save all my messages.

Before buying the Z520i I was unsure about this phone due to the previous review only giving it 3 stars - but I haven't looked back since the day I bought my Z520i! Not only do Sony-Ericsson make fantastic phones but this flip-phone can be customised in every possible way, covers, lights ringtones etc.
Great value for money and much better than other flip-phones around at the moment!

this phone has everything i need and want and more; bluetooth, infrared, video, camera and an mp3 player. this is certainly an upgrade\from my old phone a nokia 6610i but the quality of the pictures is worse. also there isn't enough space to store more than 50 pics, 2 videos and 3 mp3s at the same time. i am constantly having to delete videos to make room for more space. there is also no way to turn off the sound of the camera and every time you finish a call or send a text your balance pops up and makes a noise which you also can't turn off which is really offputting. other than this its a good phone but if u need space then don't bother with it. nevertheless for its price it is very good.
